When women have breast tissue that sags (ptosis), the only way to get rid of that is with a breast lift. Using an implant alone will not decrease the amount of sag that you have. The implants will make the breast appear more full, but will not lift the breast. It is up to the patient whether or not they would like to have the scars from the breast lift. This patient in particular did not wish to have a breast lift along with her saline breast augmentation. The 425cc implants that she got did give her the look that she wanted, however IF she had wanted perkier breasts, she would have needed a breast lift. The after photos here were taken a year and a half after her surgery.
