This is a 26-year-old woman from New Albany, Ohio who came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation with top breast surgeon Dr Bivik Shah. She had 450cc high profile silicone implants placed on both breasts under the muscle. The incision was made in the lower crease of the breast, so the scar is very well hidden. The after photos were taken 6 months after surgery.
