This 38 year old woman from Newark, OH wanted her breasts to be perkier and fuller. She came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to figure out how she could achieve this look. She met with the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah who discussed with her a breast lift (mastopexy) and breast implants (breast augmentation). The breast lift will get rid of the breast sag (ptosis) and the implants will enlarge the breasts. She received 500cc silicone breast implants. The after photo here was taken a year and 2 months after surgery.
