This is a 50 year old man from Brunswick, Ohio. He had excess fat tissue in his breast that gave him an appearance he was unhappy with. He came to The Columbus Insitute of Plastic Surgery to have that fat tissue removed (Gynecomastia). His after photos were taken 2 months after surgery.
