This is a 34 y.o. woman who has lost a tremendous amount of weight and would like the skin from her arms removed (her “bat wings”). This procedure is called an armlift and was performed by the surgeons at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. These pictures are 7monts after surgery. The incisions on her are already starting to fade and after about 1 more year, they will be barely visible.
