JD is a 42 y.o. woman from Grove City, just outside of Columbus, Ohio who wanted a breast augmentation. She has a moderate amount breast ptosis (sag). She, however, did not want a breast lift and decide to get a silicone breast augmentation by the plastic surgeons at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. In general, breast implants will not raise the nipple or correct breast sag, however, sometimes, as in this case, it can give a very natural plastic surgery result. She has on the Left a 425cc and on the Right, a 400cc silicone Breast Implant.
