JH is a 20 y.o. woman, from Newark, Oh (near Columbus, Ohio), who wanted her nose smaller and had difficulty breathing also. She wanted the plastic surgeon at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to improve both the look and breathing through her nose. The plastic surgery on her nose was performed with general anesthesia and a small incision was made at the bottom of her nose. She was even asked to model for her College promotional brochure.
