This patient is a 32 year old woman from Columbus, Ohio that did her research and came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to see our best plastic surgeons – Dr. Bivik Shah after becoming interested in having fuller breasts. She wanted fuller, rounder breasts as opposed to having more of a “slope” to the upper part of the breasts. After discussing her options she was confident she would achieve the results she was looking for. She chose 475 cc silicone implants, and is photographed here 2.5 months after her breast augmentation.
