This 58-year-old woman from Bucyrus, OH came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to have the excess skin and fat removed from her arms (bat wings). She met with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and they discussed her options for correcting this issue. Together they decided upon a brachioplasty (arm lift) in which the excess skin and fat is cut out and the incision runs along the inner arm. She is pictured here before and 4 months after surgery.
