This is a 54 year old woman from Charleston, West Virginia who came to the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to consult about the excess skin on her arms. She and Dr. Shah decided on an armlift (brachioplasty) where the excess fat and skin is removed. The surgery was performed and the scar remains along her inner arm, easily hidden by clothing. The after photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
