This is a 72 year old woman from Galloway, Ohio who came to the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery about excess skin on her arms. She and Dr. Shah decided on an armlift (brachioplasty). The excess skin was removed and the scar remains along her inner arm. The after photos were taken 2 months after her surgery. The scar is already fairly faint and will continue to heal for the next couple of years.
