This lovely 31 year old from Springfield, Ohio came to top Columbus breast implant surgeon Dr. Shah at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to discuss a breast augmentation. She desired fuller, natural looking breasts. Dr. Shah put her at ease about the procedure, and surgery was scheduled. She chose 350 cc saline implants, and we must say – she looks stunning!
