This 39 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation. She had been unhappy with the appearance of her breasts for quite some time due to her lack of breast tissue and the sag that she had developed over time. She met with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, and they weighed the options between the different types of implants and lifts. She decided against the breast lift due to the scars. Together, she and Dr. Shah decided upon 500cc silicone breast implants. The after photo was taken 6 weeks after surgery.
