This 23 year old woman from Columbus Ohio knew she wanted larger breasts, so came to The Columbus Institute of plastic Surgery to discuss breast augmentation with Dr. Shah. Together, they decided to go forward with high profile silicone implants, placed under the muscle, entered through the inframammary folds.
