This is a 37 year old woman from Pickerington, Ohio who wanted improvement to her breasts. She had some breast sag (ptosis) and wanted a fuller look. She decided to have a breast augmentation with silicone implants at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. She and Dr. Bivik Shah decided to use a 540cc saline implant on both breasts under the muscle. The pictures are a month and a half after surgery.
