This 33-year-old woman from Mansfield, Ohio wanted a breast augmentation (sometimes called breast enhancement). After discussions, with top plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery, she decided to have silicone breast implants. He did recommend that she consider a breast lift (mastopexy). This will allow him to raise the breast tissue and get her nipple centered on her breast. She did not want a breast lift at this time due to scarring. The after photos are just one week after surgery. The patient has 600cc silicone implants and incision was made in the breast crease.
