This is a 30-year-old woman from Junction City, Ohio who came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation. She met with top Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and had 500cc high profile silicone implants placed on both breasts under the muscle. The incision was made in the lower crease of the breast, so the scar is very well hidden. The after photo was taken 4 months after surgery.
