This is a 37-year-old woman from Columbus, Ohio who had breast augmentation many years ago, but found herself victim to gravity and ready for an upgrade. She consulted with top surgeon Bivik Shah MD, and he advised a mastopexy (breast lift) with an implant “exchange.” She ended up choosing 700 cc silicone implants that Dr. Shah implanted after removing her existing implants.
