This patient is a 59 year old woman from Dresden, Ohio who had lost a significant amount of weight with gastric bypass surgery. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast lift with an augmentation (implants). The lift corrects sag (ptosis) and the implants are used for a more full look. The after photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
