This woman came to Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a buttock lift. As you can see in her before photos, she had a bit of sagging of her bottom. This procedure entails an incision that runs along the panty line across the back. All the excess skin and tissue is removed, and the love handles too! This leaves the patient with a nice smooth shaped lower back and their buttocks are lifted. She had a total of 4.6lbs removed from her lower back/buttocks. The after photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
