This women had a buttock augmentation with buttock implants some time ago. She wanted further augmentation so we decided to fat grafting to the buttocks for augmentation. First we did liposuction to the love handles to get the fat, and then this was injected into the buttocks for augmentation. She wanted to enhance mainly the sides of the buttocks. The after pictures were taken about 2 months after surgery.
