This 23 year old Asian woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation to enhance the appearance of her breasts. She and Dr. Bivik Shah decided upon saline breast implants in which the right side is filled to 390cc and the left is filled to 400cc. The after photo was taken 5 months after surgery. Her breasts appear closer together than most people may choose to have. Dr. Shah has noticed that women of the Asian culture state that they would like their breasts close together.
