This 44 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery from Hilliard, Ohio for a Breast Augmentation (Breast Implant Surgery). She was beginning to develop sagging of her breast tissue (breast ptosis). She and Dr. Bivik Shah discussed her options to correct the breast sag. Together, they decided that 325cc breast implants, placed under the muscle for a natural look, would give her the look she wanted. The after photos were taken 6 weeks after surgery.
