This 22 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation. She had met with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, to discuss her options between silicone and saline implants. After taking the time to weigh her options and touch the sample implants here in the office, she and Dr. Shah decided upon 325cc silicone breast implants. The after photo was taken 4 months after surgery. The incision was made at the lower crease of her breast (inframammary) as you can see here. The scar will continue to heal and look its very best over the next year.
