This is a 50 year old woman from Reynoldsburg, Ohio who came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to consult with Dr. Bivik Shah about the appearance of the skin around her eyes. She had some sagging (ptosis) of her upper eyelid and wanted for the skin to be tightened for a more smooth appearance. A blepharoplasty is best for this. Dr. Shah does a great job in making sure any incisions from plastic surgery are easily hidden for a natural appearance. Her after photo was taken 6 months after her surgery.
