This woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Lower Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). As you can see, she had quite a bit of puffiness and “bags” under the eyes. She did not like this because it made her look tired and she wanted that area to be more smoothed out and refreshed looking. Dr. Bivik Shah performed the surgery. There is a small incision made under the lower lashes that once healed, is always hard to notice. Within about a year to a year and a half, the scar will look its absolute best. The after photo here was taken 2 and a half months after surgery.
