This patient had a mini-facelift, a browlift, and upper and lower eyelid surgery. This picture is about 8 months after surgery. The mini-facelift is wonderful for improving the contour of the neck, loose neck skin, jowls or jowling, defining your jaw line, and giving a youthful look to the lower face neck area. It is usually performed with the patient awake and shorter recovery then a full facelift. The incision is partly in front of the ear, which as you can see in this patient, heals very well and is usually hides well even with the hair pulled back.
