This is a 20 year old woman from Waynesfield, Ohio. She wanted a breast augmentation at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. After carefully considering saline breast implants versus silicone breast implants, she decided to have a saline breast augmentation using 400cc saline breast implants. The plastic surgery after pictures were taken 4 and a half months after surgery. Her incision was under the breast and the implants were placed below the muscle.
