This woman came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to correct the appearance of her breasts. She had wanted more breast tissue; therefore, she needed a breast augmentation with implants. As you can see in the before photo, her right breast had a significant amount of sag compared to the left breast. After meeting with the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, he suggested doing a breast lift (mastopexy) to just the right breast. This would allow the breasts to have an equal amount of breast sag (ptosis). The after photo here was taken 5 months after the procedure.
