This is a 41 year old woman from Orient, Ohio who came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to meet with Dr. Bivik Shah about her breasts. She had a significant amount of breast sagging (ptosis) and was not satisfied with her size. She wanted a more full, and lifted breast. She and Dr. Shah decided that she would benefit greatly, and be happy with a Mastopexy (Breast Lift) surgery and a Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants). She has 425cc smooth round saline implants for both breasts. The implants were filled to their maximum capacity of 475cc. The after photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
