This woman came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation. She had saline implants placed above the muscle. Because of the way her body is, she developed breast sag (ptosis) almost immediately. She spoke again with the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah to see what would improve her breasts. They decided to replace the breast implants with 550cc Silicone implants and moved them to under her pec muscle for a more natural look. Also, she had a breast lift to raise her nipple back up to the middle of her breast. The after pictures are 4 months after surgery.
