This 35 year old woman came from Wheelersburg Ohio to discuss breast augmentation with Dr. Shah at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. She desired fuller breasts that offered more cleavage, as well as striking a symmetrical balance between her right and left breast. They decided to go forward with silicone breast implants placed sub-muscularly. Dr. Shah implanted a 425 cc implant on her right side, and a 400 cc implant on her left side. The result left her with beautiful, natural, even breasts. She is photographed here pre-operatively, and 5.5 years following surgery.
