This 37 year old woman came to Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for enhancement of her breasts. She did have some fullness but not quite as much as she would like, so she met with the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah. Together they discussed the different types of implants we offer and they decided that saline would suit her needs the best. She has 425cc saline breast implants filled to 475cc. The after photo of this woman was taken 10 months after surgery.
