This 20 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a saline breast augmentation. She and the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, decided upon a 450cc implant on the right and a 500cc implant on the left to correct the unevenness she naturally has.
