This 28 year old woman came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery from North Carolina for a silicone breast enhancement. She had been unhappy with her lack of breast tissue for quite some time. After doing some research, she found the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah. She came and met with him and together they discussed her options to get the look she wanted. They decided on 650cc silicone breast implants. The after photo here was taken 4 months after surgery.
