This 44 year old woman had gastric bypass surgery in 2001 and had lost a significant amount of weight. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery because she was unhappy with the sagging excess skin and fat on her abdomen and backside. She met with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and together they decided that she would greatly benefit from a BELT Lipectomy (extended tummy tuck). Within the surgery, Dr. Shah removed 7.64lbs total including her previous scar that ran vertical in the center of her stomach. The after photo was taken 5 months after surgery.
