This 58 year old woman from South Shore, Kentucky came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Lower Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). As you can see, she had quite a bit of puffiness and “bags” under the eyes. Feeling like thismade her look tired, she wanted that area to be more smooth and refreshed looking. Dr. Bivik Shah performed the surgery creating an incision under the lower lashes that once healed, is always hard to notice. Within about a year to a year and a half, the scar will look its absolute best. The after photo here was taken 4 months after surgery.
