This lovely 41 year old woman from Columbus, Ohio came to Dr. Shah to discuss her best options for the excess skin “hooding” on her upper eyelids. Dr. Shah advised an upper blepharoplasty. He aesthetically modified her upper eyelids by removing the excess skin, all under IV sedation (twilight anesthesia). She is photographed here pre-operatively, and just 3 months following.
