This 67 year old woman desired a procedure to reshape and contour her upper arms and connecting area of her chest wall. She discussed her vision with top surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah. He advised a brachioplasty, commonly referred to as an arm lift. This surgery reduces the excess sagging skin that droops downward and tightens the supportive tissue that defines the shape of the upper arm.
