This 60 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery with an excessive amount of fat and skin on her upper arms (“bat wings”). She met with Dr. Bivik Shah and together they decided that she would greatly benefit from a brachioplasty (arm lift). The after photo was taken 10 months after surgery.
