This 44 year old woman from Pickerington, Ohio came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast Augmentation (Breast Implant Surgery). She and the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, discussed the differences between silicone and saline implants. Together, they decided to use 325cc smooth round saline implants. The implants were filled to their maximum capacity of 375cc. The after photo was taken a year and a half after surgery.
