This 34 year old woman from Columbus, Ohio wanted a breast augmentation (sometimes called breast enhancement). After discussions, with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery, she decided to have silicone breast implants. He did recommend to her that she consider a breast lift (mastopexy). This will allow him to raise the breast tissue she does have and get her nipple centered on her breast. She did not want a breast lift at this time due to scarring. The after photos are 7 months after surgery. The patient has 425cc implant on the Right Breast and 400cc implant on the Left. The incision was made in the breast crease.
