This 28 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Breast Augmentation. She met with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and they discussed her options. This patient could have benefited from a breast lift, however she did not want the incisions on the front of her breasts. Because she did not have a breast lift, her nipples sit more to the lower part of her breasts rather than centered. She decided upon saline breast implants alone. The right is filled to 325cc and the left to 350cc. The after photo was taken 2 weeks after surgery.
