This 38 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Breast Augmentation. She had been unhappy with her lack of breast tissue for quite some time and decided to come in for a consultation. She met with Dr. Bivik Shah and together they decided upon 375cc saline breast implants. She considered a breast lift at this time a well so that her nipple would be raised to the center of her breast, however she did not want the scars on the front of her breasts. The after photo was taken 6 weeks after surgery.
