This 26 year old woman from Newark came to Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation. This is something that she had been thinking about for quite some time and once she found Dr. Bivik Shah, she decided to come in and get more information. He spoke with her about ways to enhance her breasts. Together they decided on 425cc silicone breast implants to give her fullness. Because her nipple was a little bit low on her breast, they discussed a breast lift as well, however, she did not want the scars on the front of her breast that result from a lift. She is now very pleased with the fullness she got from the implants alone. The after photo of this woman was taken 4 months after surgery.
