This 35 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to enhance the appearance of her breasts. She met with Dr. Bivik Shah to discuss the differences between silicone and saline implants. She then decided to have saline breast implants. The right side if filled to 425cc and the left to 400cc. She is now much happier with her breasts. The after photo was taken 7 months after surgery.
