Before + After Photos

This 51 year old woman from West Liberty, Ohio came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation. She was interested in having more fullness and cleavage so that she would look nice in clothes and not. She met with the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, who performed the procedure. Within this procedure, Dr. Shah makes an incision usually underneath the breast (in the breast crease) that is about 4cm long. This is the only incision involved with the procedure. The healing process is fairly simple. There is swelling involved that lasts about two weeks, and at about six weeks everything will look natural. The scars from the incision take about a year to a year and a half before they will look their absolute best. The after photo here was taken 1 year after surgery.
