This 33 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to enhance her breasts. She was unhappy with the lack of breast tissue that she had. She met with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, and together they discussed her options. They decided upon a silicone breast augmentation. She has a 400cc implant on the right and a 425cc implant on the left. The after photo was taken 8 years after surgery.
