This 33-year-old woman from Pickerington, Ohio had a breast augmentation in earlier years. She started noticing that her breasts did not match one another. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to have Dr. Bivik Shah take a look. He advised her that Saline implants can show a rippling on the outside edges of the breasts (which you see in the before photos). Together they decided to go in and replace the 350cc Saline implants to 400cc Silicone for a smoother more refined appearance. She is pictured here before and 3 months after surgery.
