This patient is a 36-year-old woman from Grove City, Ohio who had a Breast Augmentation in earlier years. She came to the top breast surgery center, The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery after becoming interested in having her breast implants removed because she wanted smaller breasts. After meeting with Dr. Bivik Shah and understanding that there was a possibility of ptosis (sag) post removal, she decided to also have a Mastopexy (breast lift) as well.
